Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property postcode, requested service, property type and the job details you provide. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the description.

What we use it for

We use those details to review your request, identify a suitable independent cleaning contractor, share the enquiry with that contractor and respond about the request. The contractor contacts you directly, quotes for the work and handles any booking and payment under their own terms. We do not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives your details

We share relevant enquiry details with a suitable independent contractor so they can contact you about the requested service. The contractor is responsible for explaining how they use your information after receiving it. The site’s hosting and storage providers also process information needed to operate the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the request and deal with any related questions or disputes, then remove them when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or ask us to stop sharing it. To make a privacy request, use the enquiry form, select “Something else / not sure” and begin the message with “Privacy request”. We will respond using the contact details you provide. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
